Quite simply, your service was impeccable. Even before the bus trip on 23 October, your company was very professional in communicating with us and prompting us with the information needed. Then, when the number of people wishing to take the bus dropped and only one bus was required, you were very accommodating in dropping our booking to just one bus, which saved us around $1000. This in turn allowed us to contribute that $1000 to our charity for the day – the Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation. On the day, our driver Billy, was also very professional. Some of members who were on the bus commented on how courteous he was and had a very pleasant personality, one saying that this “put the icing on the cake for a wonderful day”. It was a pleasure dealing with Sydney Executive Coach Charter. I called with a last minute request to transport a large group of people the following day, and they were able to accommodate the request with no problem. On the day, the driver was patient in waiting close to the pick up point until all members of our group had arrived, and then transported us in comfort safely to our destination. Dear Ersin, Your service from the beginning quote was far better than others. I caused a couple of last minute issue for you as our departure time needed to change but your staff were more than happy to accommodate the change. I also made your driver’s job more difficult as I followed him in my car in order for us to have emergency transport on the camp grounds if needed. Billy was always keeping me in view and when we were parted due to a change of lights, he was waiting around the corner when I finally got through. Thank you for your email! The booking process for me was very easy and efficient and the service was great! I didn’t use the transfers myself as they were for our event entertainment however, our entertainment did pass on a message to the driver David to say thank you. The transfers were all on time so I was very pleased with the service. I do not have a Gmail account so am unable to leave a review on your Google Places, apologies for this.
